Individual Therapy
Stop just surviving. Let’s do the deep work.
Maybe you’re a college student trying to find your footing, or a high performing professional feeling burnt out or disconnected.
I specialize in working with young adults and professionals who want to reclaim their internal landscape. My practice is built on a depth-oriented, psychodynamic framework that focuses on your relationships in three vital dimensions: your relationship to yourself, your relationship to others, and your relationship to the world.
Together, we will work to unearth the roots of your challenges. We will look at how your personal history and family dynamics impact your current interpersonal patterns, heal the fractures in how you view yourself, and unpack the systemic and cultural influences that shape how you navigate the world.
Culturally Centered and Affirming Care
I don’t expect you to leave your identity at the door. I honor the intersections of who you are! I also provide targeted, specialized support for:
Latine & Hispanic individuals navigating generational dynamics, identity, and cultural differences. Whether you’re facing the pressures of being first-generation, reclaiming language or managing additional stressors such as citizenship and immigration status, this is place to care for those pieces.
Those seeking to unpack race, ethnicity and systemic impacts in institutional spaces (like corporate or academic environments), and how racial trauma can impact mental wellness, sense of safety, and belonging, without having to explain or defend your reality.
The TNG/LGBQ+ community seeking a genuinely supportive and safe therapeutic relationship, while navigating the impacts of trauma, gender dysphoria, body image, and eating disorders that can take us away from queer joy, gender euphoria, and pride.
Neurodivergent folks looking for space that validates their unique cognitive and emotional processing, while exploring and rebuilding relationships with chronic stressors like masking, executive and emotional dysregulation that chip away at your sense of self and exacerbate symptoms.
You deserve more than just coping skills to get through the week. Let’s build a foundation for a truly integrated, self-regulated, and culturally empowered life.
Psychological Assessment
Let’s take the guesswork out of your mental health.

Just like it sounds, we are looking at many parts of your story; we are taking a 10,000 foot view of your cognitive and emotional functioning.
While specific evaluations (e.g., ADHD or ASD evaluations) are helpful in assessing specific symptoms, it’s not uncommon for there to be overlap in symptoms between diagnosis.
For example, did you know issues with focus and concentration and attention can be found in ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma disorders? A comprehensive evaluation can parse out a more appropriate diagnosis than a specific evaluation.
This means, while a specific evaluation may get you a diagnosis, it could also overlook other issues or more appropriate diagnosis.
This matters because treatment may vary, depending on your diagnosis. Treatment for one diagnosis can also exacerbate underlying conditions, which could make things even harder.
For example, did you know that standard treatment for ADHD is medication? However, stimulants that often treat ADHD can worsen anxiety symptoms and make it harder to concentrate. A comprehensive assessment can distinguish between a neurodevelopmental disorder and an anxiety disorder, while providing specific recommendations for treating either or both!
A comprehensive assessment is an investment in understanding multiple facets of your story. Let’s get to the bottom of what you’re going through and find specific ways to support your treatment!

There’s a lot of talk about “working harder,” but what if the missing piece is just understanding how you function? If you’ve been feeling stuck in your academics, career or relationships, a comprehensive assessment transforms that overwhelming ambiguity into clarity. Think of it as a personalized roadmap that identifies your exact blocks, highlights your strengths, and gives you a clear starting point for the next steps.
Let’s take the guesswork out of the process and find real insight, so you can show up intentionally for yourself.

If you’re gearing up for a new year or term and felt like last semester was a massive uphill battle, an assessment can help change the narrative. A comprehensive assessment will look at your cognitive and emotional functioning. Based on your results or previous history, you may also receive an achievement test to better understand your academic path. You’ll receive specific recommendations for accommodations, if applicable.
If you’re working and feel like work has never clicked or has suddenly become harder, an assessment can help identify old struggles and new changes. A comprehensive assessment will look at your cognitive and emotional functioning, while offering specific recommendations to improve your work.

Great! Whether this is your first time or you’re getting an updated assessment, getting tested can illuminate where you experience challenges and offer specific recommendations for support while in school.
The report you receive after your assessment is official documentation you can provide to your disability office on campus for accommodations. -
Understood! Even when we are done with school, our learning, developmental or mental health conditions can still impact our work. The report you receive at the conclusion of your assessment is official documentation you can provide Human Resources to secure accommodations at work.

Your time is valuable, I want to keep the process as efficient as possible. Usually, we do 1-2 days of face-to-face, in-person testing. Then, I do the heavy lifting behind the scenes—analyzing the data and writing a comprehensive report. You’ll get a clear explanation of your results, actionable recommendations for your daily life, the official paperwork needed for educational or workplace accommodations, and diagnostic clarity.

Currently, Aetna is the only insurance accepted for assessments. But, I firmly believe mental health care shouldn’t be a luxury. I offer sliding scale options and am more than happy to collaborate on a payment plan that fits your budget.
