I provide a dedicated, weekly space for individual therapy, where we can work together to explore your experiences and foster meaningful growth. In addition to therapeutic work, I offer comprehensive psychological assessments designed to provide a clearer picture of your emotional and cognitive functioning, offering a deeper understanding to help guide your path forward.

Individual therapy is $250 out-of-pocket. Copayment may vary depending on your insurance plan.
I offer a flat fee for assessments with no hidden charges. A comprehensive assessment starts at $1,700; the fee depends on the evaluation's complexity. I will confirm any extra costs with you before the assessment process begins. Copayment may vary depending on your insurance plan.
** When using insurance, copayments may vary depending on your plan (e.g., service type, deductible, value-based pricing). I strongly encourage you to call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and review your coverage before initiating services.

I offer both, though I find that a consistent rhythm truly supports our work. If you’re seeking weekly in-person therapy, I invite you to commit to that shared physical space. Since I am in the office on select days, I prioritize those times for in-person sessions. If a need to switch to telehealth arises, I ask that we discuss and plan for it at least one session in advance. This transparency allows me to thoughtfully hold space for other clients who are also looking for an in-person experience
-
My standard office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. To provide the best care for different needs, I dedicate specific days to different session formats.
I am available for in-person therapy sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays. For those preferring telehealth, I schedule those sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays. Thursday are reserved exclusively for comprehensive assessments.

I understand that your availability may look different from one term to the next. I value flexibility and frequently help students coordinate their therapy around their classes. When registration periods approach, we can discuss any upcoming shifts in your schedule together. By planning ahead, we can find a consistent time that supports both your academic goals and your therapeutic progress.

Maintaining consistency in our work is important, but there are legal guidelines regarding where telehealth can be practiced. Currently, I can only provide telehealth services to clients who are physically present in California or New York.
If you are heading home from break, we will discuss how this impacts our treatment plan. For shorter trips, we may find alternatives; however, for breaks lasting four weeks or more, we will likely hit “pause” on our regular sessions. My goal is to ensure you have the support you need during your transition, and we will collaborate on a plan for your return to the office or our virtual space once you’re back on campus.
